A thriving and wonderful independent prep school in South West London are searching for a passionate and imaginative Head of Drama from January 2023. This is a permanent position and can either be full time or part time (4 days a week).

This independent prep school is set ina beautiful part of South West London. Attentive pastoral care is one of the school's great strengths and all staff ensure the fulfilment of every pupil. There is a stimulating and broad curriculum on offer alongside opportunities for games, sport, music, art and drama.

The Head seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Head of Drama to lead and promote the subject throughout the school. The successful candidate will teach and inspire pupils of all abilities and will want to direct and advise on a variety of productions throughout the year. The individual will have experience of teaching Drama at Prep/Primary or Senior/Secondary level and have a high level of subject knowledge. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, parents and pupils and the ability to create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment. A willingness to contribute to the wider of the school is encouraged. You will be teaching Drama across Years 4 - 8.
