Are you a seasoned fundraiser who is keen for the opportunity to use your experience, know-how, ideas and your motivational skills to improve performance across multiple campaigns? Then we would love to talk to you…
Working for a cherished local charity with fantastic brand awareness right in the heart of the community, you'll lead and manage a team of three to deliver the fundraising business plan. You'll focus on developing supporter relationships across individuals, groups and businesses engaging with an annual programme of campaigns and especially generate individual efforts and donations. Offering flexible working, you'll be empowered by a supportive and collaborative senior management team.
This is a critical role for the Fundraising Department working with the wider fundraising team delivering key elements of the fundraising strategy and business plans, and ensuring that the Hospice's portfolio of fundraising relationships and campaigns are delivered in a way which engages and enthuses supporters and meets revenue targets.
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager who likes to lead from the front and by example. This role is split 50% in terms of management of the team and income generation. You'll have excellent organisational, customer service and people skills, be good at spotting opportunities and have the drive and energy needed to succeed in a competitive environment. An ability to multi-task is essential in order to implement the strategy and meet deadlines. Charity corporate fundraising or broader fundraising relationship management experience is highly desirable. We would happily consider seasoned pros or strong fundraising candidates looking to take their first step up into a senior leadership role, so let's chat if you're ambitious and raring to go!
