Are you an Email Marketing Executive looking to join a busy Marketing team in Central Bristol?

Ideally, you will also have a marketing degree or equivalent and/or some retail/direct sales experience from a marketing perspective. This is a busy and varied role, including work within the CRM, using your brilliant written communication and general copywriting skills.

In this interesting and fast-moving environment, you will be responsible for managing email campaigns and marketing automation projects.

Your skills need to include:

• at least two years relevant experience either client side or agency as an Email Marketing Manager
• being knowledgeable in CRM and Google Analytics and knowing your way around Hubspot, Salesforce, Pardot, and Anthill
• excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• being comfortable using data to study patterns, trends and opportunities
• understanding marketing automation and customer journeys

What you'll be doing:

• developing and managing trigger email campaigns across the customer journey to maximise sales
• working on new email campaigns with the design team
• planning, creating and managing new content and plans
• carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing marketing strategies
• testing various email campaigns to establish the most effective
• ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice
• reporting and presenting results of campaigns and emails and sales generated through email campaigns and determine KPI’s to the wider team
• analysing current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
