What it's like to work here There are 108 holiday cottages across Cornwall with more exciting opportunities planned. From fishermen’s cottages, a castle, converted barns, schoolhouses, dairies, lodges and a water tower, to cosy countryside cottages and historic mansion apartments, each one is unique.

We are relentless in our quest for all our guests to have a very enjoyable experience and we have many who return year after year. They visit Cornwall to enjoy the unspoilt coast with its imposing headlands, hidden coves and sandy beaches and in the knowledge that their chosen cottage meets and exceeds their expectation.

Many of our cottages are close to the South West coastal path, providing the opportunity to leave the car and head off on foot to enjoy the magnificent landscapes.

What you'll be doing You will ensure consistent delivery of the operation across the area and achieve high levels of visitor satisfaction. The role is largely desk-based but there will be days when you will be out and about visiting the holiday cottages and travelling in our widespread portfolio.

You will offer effective business support, diary management, scheduling and organising meetings, raising purchase orders, and all-round team support. Having a can do, friendly attitude to assist the smooth operation within the Cornwall wide portfolio. The role will require someone who has experience and skill in administrative tasks, can enjoy varied work from taking the lead on small projects such as refreshing our welcome information to maintaining and improving databases and meeting deadlines. The role is diverse and your support and competency in administration is key.

Supporting the growth of new cottages, you may assist with the fit out and set up of new or refurbished cottages having them ready to go online. Ordering goods and preparing guest information and other tasks associated with opening a new cottage.

You will work closely and support the Area Manager to prepare Cornwall wide meetings and work well with our stakeholders. You will attend leadership meetings and take minutes.

Who we're looking for You will need to be:

• Great at customer service for both our internal and external customers.

• A great communicator with all relevant stakeholders and work closely with the Cornwall wide Holidays team.
