Your new role
This role will be working temporary hours alongside permanent staff supporting and improving the lives of service users at a special educational college. this role includes supporting the service users with their everyday activities in the classroom as well as offering invaluable behavioural and verbal support to their learning at the college. You will get an opportunity to take part in the learning of the service user and make a difference to their education

What you'll need to succeed

• 6 months experience in social care in the last 2 years
• Compassion, empathy, self- motivation and resilience
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Excellent use of a range of communication methods

• Full UK License is desired not essential
