L&D Programme Manager – Leadership & Commercial
London (hybrid home based with work in the central London Office)

They are currently looking for a L&D Programme Manager, to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As the L&D Programme Manager, you will take charge of a portfolio of L&D programmes across Leadership and Management, Personal Development, Business and Commercial, and Project Management.
Seeking to increase revenue from your portfolio, you will focus on product innovation, selection and quality assurance of the trainer pool and maximising commercial potential.
Monitoring our client’s course and programme P&Ls, you will assess opportunities to improve commercial revenue, mitigate expenditure and support the Sales and Marketing Team with producing agreed margins and achieving targets.
Using insight from market trends, you will develop new products and manage course content to increase revenue within your portfolio.
Additionally, you will:
- Write business cases and record IPR for new products
- Manage existing suppliers to deliver high-quality training across portfolios
- Ensure consistency of the brand
- Provide project management support to large customer projects
About You
To be considered as the L&D Programme Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience of working within a learning and development or events environment
- Proven experience of working in line management positions with a commercial mindset
- A track record of delivering financial success in a commercial role
- A passion for L&D and an interest in contemporary leadership and management thinking
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
This role will require you to travel and be away from home, within the UK and abroad, on an occasional basis.
The post-holder will be expected to take responsibility for their self-development which will include attending training in all forms of delivery.
