Academics (formally Classic Education) are looking to appoint an Education Recruitment Consultant to our office in Rochester, Kent. As a leading agency in the county we pride ourselves in ensuring that best practice is at the forefront of everything we do, from safeguarding through to quality of service and we have a fun, experienced and established team in place to help us achieve this. Not only will you be joining a brilliant and highly successful team but in Academics, you also join an exceptional organsition with 20 offices and over 120 staff across the UK where staff are valued and job satisfaction is high.

What we are looking for…

• Recruitment or Sales experience in any sector and willing to cross train in Education Recruitment
• Ability to demonstrate a track record in managing existing relationships and/or development of new business
• High levels of customer service
• The right personality and attitude. We like those who want to approach the job in the right way, want to be the best they can be and do it all with a smile on their face!

Salary from £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
