Global media business seeks a Senior Programme Manager to join their rapidly growing business.
The Senior Programme Manager role has been created to support the growth of a newly constructed membership community by enabling the business to deliver more diverse programmes and outputs for the betterment of the wholesales telecoms industry.
The Senior Programme Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of a number of workstreams that support the strategic programme, ensuring that Board-driven outputs are achieved on behalf of the industry.
The Senior Programme Manager will also be responsible for building out new Leadership Councils and Community chapters ensuring that the membership body is delivering on behalf of their members.

This is a newly created role within a business line that has big ambitions and huge potential. As the division grows, the scope for this role does too and the perfect candidate will go above and beyond to generate and capitalise on opportunities.
Key Parts of the role:
- Manage and build new Community chapters that engage, convene and deliver on collaborative industry initiatives Actively support and engage with new digital infra market segments in order to ensure growth of the community and access to executives who can advance projects and programmes, working alongside existing brands to deliver a strong value prop to their members. This exercise will include extensive research, networking and commercial aspects. It is critical that the candidate is able to command the respect of members and the potential to be perceived as key influencer within the industry. Build & manage programmes with key deliverables/outputs (e.g. reports, working groups) Develop comprehensive project plans for all collaborative activities Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the programmes Report regularly on project status to the organisation and the members Plan, organise and deliver the members’ and working group meetings and other events Maintain an audit trail and minutes of all relevant meetings and decisions Manage relationships with members (customers), vendors, and external partners Demonstrate thought leadership to the market and be an ambassador for the brand and their members at external events and meetings Work with Director, Marketing and Editorial Team to develop and execute member engagement plans and create appropriate collateral Work with Director and Head of Memberships to build out new product lines and revenue-generating activities
