Our client is currently looking for a Fundraising Supporter Services Assistant to join their team working 35 hours per week, on a full time, permanent basis.In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum.
Our client is a small, independent charity supporting the 7.6 million people who live with tinnitus, campaigning for more investment in tinnitus research and advising health professionals from across the world. They are the primary source of support and information for people with tinnitus in the UK. They aim to encourage prevention through their educational programme and to seek effective treatment for tinnitus through a medical research programme.
About the Fundraising Supporter Services Assistant role:
They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraising Supporter Services Assistant with excellent communication and organisational skills alongside data administration proficiency. The role also includes taking inbound calls from individuals requiring support around their tinnitus.
The role will be hybrid so you will have the opportunity to work some days remotely in agreement with your line manager. However, due to key requirements for the role, you will work from their Sheffield office for at least 3 days every week.
Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 Bank Holidays = 33 days per annum
Pension: they will match employee’s contribution to an approved pension scheme up to a value of 5%
