Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client as they look to bring in a new Part Time Director of People, Resources and Operations (0.6) into their growing team. The organisation operates a 32-hour working week, therefore the 0.6 will be 19.2 hours a week. This position is a 12 month FTC position and can be performed remotely with occasional travel to London.

The organisation is rapidly growing organisation with this position providing exciting opportunity to help develop and deliver key internal policies and strategies to ensure the organisation is able to continue to deliver is ambitious objectives. Key to this is attractive and retaining high quality staff, nurturing and developing the culture and ensuring exciting learning and development opportunities are available. You will also have oversight of finance and resources to ensure smooth operation of the organisation. Finally, you will also act as a strategic partner of the CEO and Director of Programmes in helping the Lab and its wider community to thrive and have impact.
The successful candidate will be a caring, collaborative and effective manager with a background in supporting across a range of HR functions. You will also be a well organisations project and programme manage with strong understanding of finance and operations. Finally, you will have an interest in supporting the organisation's growing fundraising programme.
