Exciting opportunity for an SAE looking for a step up, to join a leading, independent purpose led branding agency.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a growing global independent agency of approx. 40 people- with offices in London and New York. They're a full service, creative agency that specialises in brand purpose campaigns for their clients- many of whom are global. The agency is also a proudly registered B Corporation and invest at least 5% of their time and profit into pro-bono work.

THE ROLE

As an account person, you are the glue that holds the team together. You have the complete trust and confidence of those in your team and are all over the detail & process. You are always one step ahead and foresee issues before they arise. You are a true partner in crime to the strategy, creative & design teams.

You know your clients (and their challenges) inside out, and you work tirelessly to build strong relationships with them. You lead projects autonomously, with a full understanding of everything from resource to finance, whilst still being hungry for new opportunities for your clients.

This role will see you holding cross-agency alliances to work collaboratively with planning and creative to lead and push strategic and creative direction and most importantly nurturing senior level client relationships to grow the account, giving it stability and security.

Clients include but not limited to Heinz and PepsiCo!

YOU

This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Account Exec looking for a step up or an Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge!

You'll be super collaborative, working closely with other teams to ensure everything is delivered on time and budget, but you'll also be able to work autonomously when required. You'll be an all-rounder, genuinely intrigued by clients and getting to know their individual needs and challenges, taking pride in client presentations but also being able to take control of all budgets across the account and manage difficult situations as and when they arise.

This is a really great branding consultancy with a lovely team, working solely on purpose led projects. An interest or passion in that area is ideal, and they work from their lovely Camden office 4 days a week, with 1 day remote. Our client also offers great benefits including unlimited holiday!
