This could be you feeling that rush as a Primary Teacher making someone learn something new, having the best day ever.
The Catholic Partnership Supply Service are looking for YOU, a primary teacher who can encourage young people in a positive learning environment at a good school in North Birmingham. We already know you are a fantastic person, fantastic primary teacher, however we just need to know that you:
- Have knowledge of the National Curriculum being able to implement strong teacher practice.
- Encourage young people to be the best versions of themselves.
- Have the correct approach when dealing with behaviour.
- Can monitor pupil's progress through various strategies.
- Build links across all staff members, working with the senior leadership team, middle leaders and the wider community.
- Build up strong trusting relationships with parents, offering guidance and advice when required.
