About the role

There has never been a more exciting time to join them. With a new Fundraising plan, they are ambitious to grow to help even more people with learning disabilities and Individual Giving is key to this.

You will be central to developing a long-term Individual Giving strategy to engage the public in supporting their work. You will line manage the Individual Giving Officer and be responsible for planning and implementing Individual Giving acquisition campaigns through a multi-channel approach including: direct mail, digital, telemarketing, lotteries, press and face-to-face. You will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders including agency management to build strong relationships for the successful delivery of campaigns and strategies.

Location: Home-based flexible working with occasional travel to the Bristol head office. Flexible working applications accepted.

  • Analytical and budget management skills to monitor and review numerous activities and campaigns using insight to inform decision making
