Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (EM3) is on a mission to support economic growth and prosperity in communities across Surrey and Hampshire. We are now offering an exciting opportunity to lead our work to improve the effectiveness of the careers and skills system across our region.

Reporting to our Head of Business, Commercial and Skills, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding Careers Hub service to schools, colleges, employers and partner organisations. You will provide excellent leadership and management to the Enterprise Coordinators and the business volunteers who are at the heart of that service, and to our Skills Strategy Manager. You will drive high performance, learning and improvement, and impact. You will also ensure that EM3’s work on careers is fully integrated with our other activities.

You will have strong people management and contract management skills, and a track record of driving performance and achieving targets. You will bring an understanding of the careers and skills landscape, and you will be an effective communicator, with experience of building collaborative relationships with stakeholders from education, the careers sector and business.
