We are looking for two candidates to fill two SDM roles. The SDM will have the experience and “magnetic” partnership skills to engage with business, Colleges and Universities, DIT, InnovateUK and the wider business support network to energise action and deliver results.
The role will help support our existing and more mature clusters in Video Gaming; Space and Satellite and Animal Health and will go on to identify new opportunities and the key interventions needed to nurture and support new knowledge-intensive specialist business communities.
Reporting to a highly regarded and experienced Head of Enterprise and Innovation, this role will work within an immediate team of enterprise and innovation specialists. Importantly, the post holder will be part of the whole, friendly and inclusive, LEP team including with the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, skills and business intelligence teams to ensure the LEP’s breadth of business-facing expertise is fully integrated.
