As it is short term only, this post includes free accommodation (in all our other substantive roles, post holders pay their own rent - albeit subsided) so could be an interesting opportunity for someone to experience life on The Falkland Islands.

The Examinations Officer and Data Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Falkland Islands Community School (FICS) examination processes across Key Stage 3 and 4, including internal and external examinations, in accordance with the regulations laid down by the awarding bodies.

The successful candidate will also develop and oversee school-based assessment data tracking systems and is the lead manager in the use and development of SIMS and other information management systems in school. Penny Kontopyrghou Senior Business Director has placed a large number of teachers at this school.
