Prospectus is excited to be working with our client to help them recruit a Partnerships Manager (New Corporate Partners) to join their expanding team in a newly created position. A staggering 90% of the 1.1 billion cases of vision-loss in the world are treatable or preventable. Yet, for people in low-and-middle-income countries, in which 9 out of 10 of all cases occur, access to quality and affordable eye care is limited or non-existent. For those living in or close to poverty, vision-loss limits opportunities for a decent education or livelihood, reinforces gender inequality and isolates people from their community. The organisation is an international eye care charity that prevents and treats avoidable blindness and visual impairment.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a salary of £45,000 per annum and flexible working arrangements at our London office.

The post holder will in conjunction with the Deputy Director, Relationships & Partnerships and Director of Fundraising & Communications to define and implement a new business strategy for securing multi-year, five, six and seven figure partnerships with companies in the UK and Europe. With support from senior colleagues, you will also help create and support a network of senior volunteers who will make introductions and influence senior decision makers.

They are looking for a candidate with a proven track-record of securing five and six figure partnerships from companies and have experience of implementing a new business strategy for growing income from companies, including commercial, strategic, fundraising and/or grant related partnerships.
