• Can follow the National Curriculum, using your best teacher practice.
• Help young people aspire to achieve their dreams and goals.
• Can deal with challenging behaviour compassionately.
• Can help pupils progress in their academics monitoring progress.
• Build links with all staff and parents buying into the local community.
• Build up trusting relationships with parents, offering guidance and advice when required.
